Our Process...
Free On Site Consultation – One of our professional Landscape Designers will meet you at your project location to visit with you regarding your project. The designer will carefully listen to your wants, needs, and budget. Once a walkthrough of your project is complete, the designer will offer suggestions on different products or services that we can offer to make your project a success. At this time your designer will discuss the next step – The Landscape Design.

The Design Process – Once you have met with your designer and have agreed on the concepts for your project, your designer will discuss the landscape design and the cost for creating one. The cost will vary on the size of your project being designed. A typical design will range in cost from $75.00 up to $500.00 for a more complex design. We offer simple hand drawn sketches to full color CAD based computer renderings with full color pictures. The design fee will be refunded to you if you choose to have Gary Anderson Landscaping, Inc. install your project.

Once your design is completed your designer will meet with you and present your drawing and explain to you every detail of your future landscape. Your designer will work with you to ensure the design fits your needs, taste, and budget. Your designer will also present all costs associated with the installation of your project and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Once everything has been agreed upon your designer will discuss the installation contract, down payment, and scheduling of your project.

Installation Process – It’s time to get your project going! Your designer will meet the installation crew on site and perform a walkthrough of your project with one of our project managers to ensure every detail is covered. Your designer will keep in close contact with you and the crew to ensure everything is going as planned. Our crews use the most up-to-date installation procedures and equipment to ensure your project will maintain its beauty for many years to come. Our crews will maintain a clean worksite to ensure minimal impact on our customers and their neighbors throughout the construction process.

The Final Walkthrough – When your project has been completed your designer will set up another meeting with you to conduct a “walkthrough” of your project. Your designer will discuss your landscape with you and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Your designer will discuss maintenance of your new landscape and let you know of the products and services we may offer to maintain your new landscape. Your designer will go over your final invoice for the work performed.

Follow-up – Gary Anderson Landscaping, Inc. will be there for you if any questions or concerns should arise. One of the reasons many people choose Gary Anderson Landscaping, Inc. as their contractor is that they know we stand behind our work. We will take care of any warranty issues in a timely manner. We will also keep in contact with you via our newsletters, email updates, and seasonal mailers offering tips for maintaining your landscape investment.
